Embryology ANAT 502

The systematic study of the course of human development from formation of gametes to birth. Mechanisms of teratogenesis are investigated to elucidate developmental principles. Study of microscopic anatomy is designed to provide the principles and concepts of histology, and to define the morphological characteristics of the cells, tissues, and organs of the human body.
